Three quantum topics in the Horizon Europe Cluster 4 (2026) work programme (quantum sensors for inertial navigation, quantum technologies standards, and a large-scale photonic quantum computing platform) were suspended on 14 April 2026 due to authority transferred to the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking, and the submission platform was closed. The relevant topics are expected to be reopened under EuroHPC.
