International Collaborations

Türkiye actively participates in international cooperation networks in the field of quantum technologies.

Scope and Purpose

Closely monitoring global developments, taking part as a stakeholder in international formations, and assuming a guiding role in appropriate areas are core objectives. Within this framework, joint R&D and technology-transfer efforts at the institutional level and strategic global partnerships are carried out. Structures Participated In

Transatlantic Quantum Community (TQC): In this community, established in 2024 in line with NATO's Quantum Technologies Strategy, Türkiye's National Delegation Chairmanship is conducted by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Secretariat of Defence Industries.
NATO, COST, and Horizon Europe: International cooperation activities within these structures are carried out by universities and research centers. International Platforms and Developments

The Türkiye Quantum Platform is structured with an approach that prioritizes the development of national capabilities. International quantum platforms and network initiatives are assessed for the purpose of monitoring global trends, technical standards, and cooperation opportunities.
