According to Anadolu Agency, Qubitrium founder Dr Kadir Durak said the company's CubeSat-compatible quantum key distribution module QubitCore was launched into space on SpaceX's Transporter-16 mission.
The module reportedly contains 30 submodules and eight single-photon detectors and has been reduced to thumb size. Claims about its capacity and miniaturization are company statements, while the launch is the reported event.
