Yes, candidates are not required to have a pre-formed team during the registration stage. However, since participation in the competition must be as a team, you will need to form a team of at least 3 and at most 6 members in the later stages.

No. However, the team leader is required to be a Turkish citizen. Furthermore, at least half of the total team members must be Turkish citizens.

Competitors must be citizens of NATO member states. Citizens of countries outside this scope are not eligible to participate.

No. Category preferences will be collected in the registration form; however, the organizing committee reserves the right to determine the final categories in which teams will compete and to assign teams to different problem areas.

If the number of applications is higher than expected, preliminary elimination processes such as a quiz, technical exam, or presentation evaluation will be carried out, and details will be announced through official channels.

Yes. The procurement of computers and similar personal hardware and equipment to be used during the competition stages is the responsibility of the competitors.

Yes. The procedure for training on the technical infrastructure, simulation tools, and cloud platforms to be used will be determined and announced by the organizing committee.

No. Submissions made outside the specified method, format, and deadlines will be deemed completely invalid.

No. The scores and decisions made by the jury panels are final and are not open to objection.

The award is officially presented to the team leader. Distribution of the award among team members is the internal responsibility of each team.
